有两种用法。

1. “不可否认”最好的翻译应该是 undeniable ，直接用在句子中作为连词就可以。

例句：He is a good guy , but undeniable , he also has some shortcomings. 他是一个好男孩，但不可否认的是，他也有一些缺点。

2. There is no denying that + S + V ...（不可否认的...）例句：There is no denying that the qualities of our living have gone from bad to worse. 不可否认的，我们的生活品质已经每况愈下。
